  • How does payment by credit card work when using GOFAST

    To pay by credit card, use the separate credit card terminal on the charging stations. Simply follow the instructions on the terminal.

  • How can I pay at a GOFAST station?

    At GOFAST you can easily pay by credit card, regardless of any e-mobility provider. You can also pay with the charging cards or apps of many e-mobility providers. You can find an overview of the compatible e-mobility providers here. Please note that e-mobility providers set their own prices, which means that rates may vary. The best experience is guaranteed by the new JOYA app, with a price advantage and attractive subscriptions.

  • How do I find out the price of a specific fast-charging station?

    When paying by credit card, the price is shown directly on the card terminal of the charging station after you select the connector. Prices may vary slightly from location to location. When paying with a charging app or charging card, the price of the selected e-mobility provider applies.

  • How can I get a receipt if I pay by credit card

    If you pay by credit card, you can download the invoice for your charging session by entering your details at www.gofast.swiss/receipt.

  • Why is CHF 50 debited when I pay by credit card?

    The amount initially debited is only a reserved sum to ensure that the funds needed for the charging process are available. Once you have finished charging, the actual cost of this is debited and the reserved amount is refunded. Depending on the card provider, this can take up to several days after the charge has been completed.
