To pay by credit card, use the separate credit card terminal on the charging stations. Simply follow the instructions on the terminal.
At GOFAST, you can easily pay by credit card regardless of an e-mobility provider. You can also pay with a RFID charging card or with a smartphone app from many e-mobility providers. Here you will find an overview of the currently functioning RFID charging cards. Please note that e-mobility providers set their own prices, which means that rates may vary. We recommend the provider swisscharge.ch.

If you pay by credit card, you can download the invoice for your charging session by entering your details at www.gofast.swiss/receipt.
The amount initially debited is only a reserved sum to ensure that the funds needed for the charging process are available. Once you have finished charging, the actual cost of this is debited and the reserved amount is refunded. Depending on the card provider, this can take up to several days after the charge has been completed.
Although our services are designed primarily for fast charging, many fast-charging stations also have an AC connection. This is intended as a back-up solution in case something goes wrong with the fast charge. That is why AC charging does not cost less.
