Flexible payment

Payment is easy - you can use a credit card, a smartphone app or a charging service's RFID card. A recommended charging app is swisscharge.ch.

Charging points with a contactless terminal: hold your credit card or contactless-enabled smartphone in front of the reader.

Use a charging service's app to start charging and pay.
  • GOFAST charges per kilowatt hour. Rates may vary across locations. To view the rates for credit card payments, see the location map on our website or got to app.gofast.swiss. Please note that e-mobility service providers set their own prices; check the effective price directly on your provider’s website.

- Credit card: follow the instructions on the card terminal.
- RFID charging card: select the plug on the charging station display and hold the card in front of the reader.
- App: select plug on smartphone and start charging.

- Credit card: press STOP on the card terminal and authenticate with credit card.
- RFID charging card: press STOP on the charging station display and authenticate with the charging card.
- App: end charging in the smartphone app.

Compatibility

Our charging stations not only feature the most widely used CCS sockets but cater for all other plug types too. Just to be safe, check our location map to see whether your chosen location has the right sockets for your plug type.
