Promotion e-mail: At certain locations (see the map on our website for details), we send our customers information and discount vouchers, which can be redeemed at the local shops during charging. We receive the required customer data from certain service mobility providers (the service providers whose customer card you use). However, we only store your customer data until we have sent the e-mail and then delete it automatically. Anonymized data we keep beyond that for statistical purposes. You can opt-out of these promotional e-mails in the customer portal of the respective charging service provider.

Video Surveillance: we partially use video surveillance systems at our charging stations. This measure serves to protect our users, our facilities in the parking lots, and the safe and correct handling of charging processes. The video footage can be processed to investigate crimes and to trace charging activities, and can be made available to third parties (especially the relevant law enforcement authorities in the event of possible crimes). Video surveillance is carried out carefully and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The recordings are only used for the specified purposes and are deleted after 72 hours.
3. Purpose, location and duration of data processing and storage
We use the data collected to improve our products and offers (e.g. website) and to send you information and offers (e.g. newsletters). We pass them on to third parties only for processing.
We process and store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations or for processing purposes. For statistical reasons, we may also keep and evaluate anonymized data for a longer period of time.
Your data is partly or completely stored and processed abroad.
