Move now part of the mobility group of Energie 360°
GOFAST majority shareholder Energie 360° is now taking over the charging provider MOVE Mobility. With the merger of Energie 360°, GOFAST, Swisscharge and now Move, the mobility group is strengthening its leading position in Switzerland. Among the group’s total of 24,000 charging points, the fast-charging network alone grows by over 250, bringing the total to around 750 HPC charging points. Starting from 1 November 2025, all roaming fees within the Energie 360° mobility group’s charging network will be eliminated.

New number 1 for charging infrastructure
The leading Swiss mobility group – consisting of Energie 360°, GOFAST and swisscharge – is reinforcing its position as the number one player in the charging infrastructure market. With the acquisition of MOVE from Primeo Energie and Groupe e, the number of charging points within the group rises to over 24,000. The number of network users increases by 50,000 to over 250,000. Energie 360° will fully integrate Move Mobility and its employees into the mobility group, while maintaining the brand identity of Move – just like the other brands within the group.
250 additional HPC charging points with no roaming
For the group’s HPC fast-charging network, this merger means an increase of over 250 new HPC charging points, bringing the total to around 750 across Switzerland.
The acquisition also includes tenders held by Groupe e and Primeo Energie from the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) for the construction of 40 fast-charging hubs at motorway rest areas. Starting from 1 August 2025, MOVE customers will benefit from better conditions at GOFAST charging stations. For MOVE fleet customers and all users with a Comfort or Flex subscription, the per-minute fee will be waived at GOFAST’s HPC stations. As of 1 November 2025, all roaming fees within the entire Energie 360° mobility group’s charging network will be eliminated. |

Value creation stays in Switzerland
With this strategic move, Energie 360° is positioning itself as a key driver of the mobility transition. Thanks to the densest network of public and privately operated charging points and a diversified product portfolio within the mobility group, property investors, landowners, businesses, and fleet operators will benefit even more from a complete service offering – from planning to operation of charging infrastructure. Jörg Wild, CEO of Energie 360°, also welcomes the fact that this merger will strengthen Switzerland as a business location:
"Through the merger with Move, we are retaining value creation within the country, expanding our expertise, and reinforcing Switzerland’s position across all regions."
